Qurait Solutions is an applied AI agency based in Chennai, India, working with clients globally. We build business automation, AI systems, AI products, and SaaS.

By default, nothing. There is no database behind this website and no account system exists. Browsing it sends us nothing at all.

There is one exception, and it only happens if you ask for it: the assistant can pass an enquiry to us by email. That is described in its own section below, and it never runs unless you fill in your details and press send.

If you accept cookies when asked, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. Until you accept, Google Analytics is loaded with every storage permission denied, which means it writes no cookies and can neither identify you nor follow you to another site.

Decline and nothing is stored. The site behaves identically either way, and we would rather have honest numbers from the people who agreed than complete ones from people who did not.

The assistant can work two ways. Typing to it is entirely local: the conversation is a script running in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

If you choose to talk instead, your browser’s own speech engine turns what you say into text. Q does not speak back; its replies are on screen. On Chrome and Edge that engine sends the audio to Google, and on Safari to Apple, under their privacy policies rather than ours. We never receive the audio and we do not record it. The microphone is released as soon as you stop, and always when you close the assistant.

Either way, nothing reaches us until you enter your name and contact details and press send. At that point we receive what you entered along with the conversation, because an enquiry without its context is not much use to whoever replies. It arrives as an email to our own mailbox. There is no database and no tracking attached to it.

If you would rather not use the microphone at all, every question the assistant asks is also on screen and every answer is also a button.

The form on this site does not submit to a server. When you press send, your browser assembles the details you entered into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready.

Nothing is transmitted until you press send inside WhatsApp. If you close it at that point, nothing reaches us and nothing is stored anywhere.

Messages you do send reach us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that service.

We set one value in your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page load. It is a single flag with no personal information in it, it never leaves your device, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

Your answer to the cookie question is kept in local storage so we do not ask again on every visit. It records only the word granted or denied. Clearing your browser's site data for this domain resets it and the question returns.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish one visit from another. These are first-party, expire within two years, and are removed if you clear site data.

The background videos are served from Mixkit's content delivery network. Loading them means that network receives your IP address and browser user agent, as it would for any file your browser requests from another domain. We receive nothing from this.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics loads from Google's servers and receives your IP address, which we ask Google to truncate before storing, along with the pages you view on this site. Google processes this as our processor under its own terms. You can opt out at any time by clearing this site's data and declining when asked again, or by installing Google's own opt-out browser add-on.

Typefaces are served from this site itself, so no request goes to a font provider.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical request logs for delivery and abuse prevention, under its own retention policy.

We use what you send to reply, scope the work, and quote for it. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Qurait Solutions, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you enquired.

Building automation usually means touching systems that hold your data. We access only what the work requires, for as long as it requires.

Access is granted by you, on credentials you control, and revoked at handover. We do not copy client data into our own systems except where a build genuinely needs it, and we say so in writing before we do.

We do not use client data to train models, ours or anyone else's.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@quraitsolutions.com and we will respond within thirty days.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics whenever you like, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give: clear this site's data in your browser and decline when the question returns. Withdrawing does not affect anything processed before you withdrew.

Where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation, we will tell you what it is and why, rather than quietly retaining it.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
